🚀 Je recherche un(e) PMO / Chef de Projet ERP Dynamics F&O , pour piloter un projet de déploiement chez un de mes clients en région parisienne.

Vos principales responsabilités :

Piloter le planning projet : jalons, suivi des phases (cadrage, paramétrage, tests, recette, formation, go-live, hypercare)
Assurer le suivi budgétaire et des ressources allouées (interne et prestataires)
Identifier, suivre et arbitrer les risques et points de blocage
Organiser et animer les instances de pilotage (comités projet, COPIL, points d'avancement hebdomadaires)
Coordonner les parties prenantes : intégrateur/éditeur ERP, métiers, IT interne, filiales concernées
Structurer et maintenir la documentation projet (CR, matrices RACI, plans de test, plans de formation et de conduite du changement)
Contribuer à la conduite du changement : accompagnement des utilisateurs, communication projet
Consolider le reporting projet (avancement, risques, budget) à destination de la direction

Profil recherché

Compétences indispensables :
✅ Bonne compréhension des cycles de vie d'un projet ERP (paramétrage, migration de données, intégrations, tests, recette)
✅ Maîtrise des outils de gestion de projet (MS Project, Jira, Planner ou équivalent) et de reporting (Excel, PowerPoint, tableaux de bord)
✅ Connaissance obligatoire de l'environnement ERP Dynamics 365 F&O
✅ Sens de l'organisation, rigueur et capacité à fédérer des interlocuteurs variés
✅ Communication claire à l'écrit comme à l'oral
✅ Autonomie et capacité à arbitrer/alerter au bon niveau
✅ Expérience de la coordination multi-acteurs, idéalement multi-sites/multi-filiales
