Job Description
We are seeking a Project Engineer – Architect to support the design, coordination, and execution of construction projects, ensuring compliance with technical specifications, quality standards, and project requirements.
Job Responsibilities
Review and coordinate architectural drawings, layouts, and technical specifications.
Ensure designs comply with project requirements, building codes, and local regulations.
Coordinate with civil engineers, contractors, consultants, and site teams.
Monitor project progress, schedules, budgets, and deliverables.
Conduct site visits to ensure construction work follows approved drawings and specifications.
Identify technical issues and coordinate solutions with project managers and site teams.
Prepare technical reports and progress updates.
Support quality control and compliance with safety standards.
Follow up on project milestones to ensure timely delivery.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
3–5 years of relevant experience in project engineering or Architecture.
Strong knowledge of architectural drawings, design development, and construction processes.
Understanding of structural considerations, site coordination, and building regulations.
Experience in project planning, progress monitoring, and deliverables coordination.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, BIM tools, and/or MS Project.
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
Good command of English.
Experience in construction or development projects in Egypt or the region is preferred.
