What you'll be doing
- Overseeing the daily operation of hotel restaurants, ensuring they are fully prepared for service and delivering exceptional guest experiences
- Leading, motivating, and supporting Food & Beverage teams to achieve high standards of service
- Managing escalated guest queries and complaints professionally and efficiently
- Monitoring performance against KPIs and supporting initiatives to maximise revenue and guest satisfaction
- Controlling costs, stock levels, and waste across outlets
- Ensuring compliance with Food Safety, Health & Safety, and company operating standards
- Supporting the recruitment, induction, training, development, and performance management of team members
- Maintaining a positive, engaging, and customer-focused working environment
- Assisting in driving continuous improvement and operational excellence throughout the department
- Experience in a Food & Beverage leadership role, ideally across multiple restaurants or outlets
- Background within a high-volume restaurant, hospitality, leisure, or quick-service environment
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- Organised and confident working in a fast-paced operation
- Passion for delivering outstanding guest experiences
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Experience managing performance, stock control, and operational costs
- Flexible approach to working evenings, weekends, and varying shift patterns when required
