- Pay rate: £13.45 per hour
- Contract type: Permanent, part-time, 16 hours per week, Sat and Sun
- Shift times vary between 07:30 and 20:30.
Aramark UK are currently recruiting for a Weekend Retail Assistant to join our team in Northwood, Hertfordshire.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys interacting with people, working in a fast-paced environment, and taking pride in maintaining high standards within a retail setting.
To be eligible for this role, due to the sector requirements: you must have been a UK resident for the past 3 years and have legal right to work in the UK and be able to pass full security vetting and DBS checks.

What you'll be doing
- Providing outstanding customer service to all customers and visitors
- Operating the till and handling transactions accurately
- Replenishing stock and ensuring shelves are fully stocked and well presented
- Assisting with deliveries and stock rotation
- Maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming shop environment
- Supporting promotional activities and product displays
- Monitoring stock levels and reporting shortages where necessary
- Following all company policies, procedures, and health & safety guidelines
- Working as part of a team to ensure the smooth running of the shop
What we're looking for
- Previous retail or customer service experience is desirable but not essential
- A positive, can-do attitude and a willingness to learn
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong customer service focus
- Reliability and punctuality
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
- Good attention to detail and organisational skills
- Flexibility to work weekends and support the team during busy periods
