Rattaché au Responsable Maintenance et travaux neufs mécanique, nous recherchons en CDI un Technicien supérieur de Maintenance Mécanique intervenant sur le secteur Tôlerie (H/F).

Activités :

Dans le cadre des instructions existantes et dans le respect des règles de sécurité :

  • Analyse les pannes, identifie les modes de défaillance, et aide à rédiger les leçons ponctuelles de dysfonctionnement
  • Propose des améliorations sur les équipements du périmètre
  • Gère, dans le respect des règles de sécurité, l’exécution des travaux par le personnel Industeel et les sociétés co-traitantes
  • Alimente la fiabilisation en informations utiles afin d’analyser les problèmes récurrents
  • Réalise des visites systématiques des équipements de sa zone
  • Participe à l'identification d'aléas et à la définition d'actions correctives
  • Contribue aux actions sécurité, environnement et progrès de l'usine ou du service

Profil :

  • BAC +2 / 3 à dominante Mécanique
  • Expérience souhaitée de 3 à 5 ans dans un poste similaire
  • Utilisation des logiciels et outils de communication (SAP, PRISME, outils bureautiques)
  • Anglais : lire des documents simples et comprendre le vocabulaire technique
  • Avoir le sens de l’organisation et du travail en équipe, des capacités rédactionnelles,
  • être force de proposition et s’impliquer
  • Avoir la faculté de se former/s’autoformer sur les évolutions techniques
