Wir suchen ab sofort Verstärkung für unser Team Tenders and Pre-Sales bei Arrive. In dieser Rolle unterstützt du uns aktiv an der Schnittstelle zwischen Ausschreibungsmanagement, Pre-Sales und Vertriebsinnendienst. Du begleitest sowohl das operative Tagesgeschäft als auch strategische Projekte, erhebst relevante Daten und hilfst dabei, unsere Prozesse kontinuierlich zu verbessern.
Deine Aufgaben
Projekte & Tagesgeschäft: Aktive Mitarbeit bei einer Vielzahl an Projekten und regelmäßigen Aufgaben im Tender Management, Pre-Sales sowie im Vertriebsinnendienst.
Datenanalyse & -erhebung: Eigenständige Durchführung von Datenanalysen, Auswertungen und systematischen Datenerhebungen zur Steuerung unserer Vertriebsaktivitäten.
Prozessoptimierung: Identifikation von Effizienzpotenzialen und Mitgestaltung optimierter Arbeitsabläufe in unserem Ausschreibungsprozess sowie im Reporting.
Recherche & Content Creation: Durchführung fundierter Recherchetätigkeiten sowie Erstellung und Aktualisierung von Fact Sheets, Knowledge Material und Informationsunterlagen.
Ausschreibungsmanagement: Unterstützung bei der Vorbereitung, Erstellung und Qualitätssicherung von Ausschreibungsunterlagen (RFIs/RFPs) sowie in der Nachbereitung und im Reporting.
About the Position
We are looking for immediate support for our Tenders and Pre-Sales team at Arrive. In this role, you will actively support us at the intersection of tender management, pre-sales, and internal sales support. You will assist with both day-to-day operations and strategic projects, collect relevant data, and help continuously improve our processes.
Your Responsibilities
Projects & Day-to-Day Operations: Active participation in a variety of projects and routine tasks across tender management, pre-sales, and internal sales support.
Data Analysis & Collection: Independent execution of data analyses, evaluations, and systematic data collection to guide our sales activities.
Process Optimization: Identification of efficiency potential and active involvement in optimizing workflows within our tendering process and reporting.
Research & Content Creation: Conducting in-depth research as well as creating and updating fact sheets, knowledge material, and informational documents.
Tender Management: Assisting with the preparation, creation, and quality assurance of tender documentation (RFIs/RFPs), as well as follow-up activities and reporting.
