The opportunity
Join Aareon UK as a Professional Services Executive and deliver onboarding and project based services for customers using the Fixflo and Arthur platforms.
You will support customer implementations, manage configuration tasks and help ensure a smooth handover to Customer Success after go-live. This role combines customer communication, technical learning and structured delivery across each implementation.
What you'll be doing
- Manage standard onboarding projects for new customers with guidance.
- Support configuration, training and testing activities across implementations.
- Deliver high-quality service in line with agreed project scope and timelines.
- Maintain detailed project records and status updates.
- Coordinate with Senior Professional Services colleagues and the Head of Professional Services to support successful outcomes.
- Provide training and handover to Customer Success Managers and Support where needed.
What we're looking for
- Experience in onboarding, training or support within a SaaS environment.
- Strong organisational and customer-facing communication skills.
- Confidence learning technical systems and managing tasks independently.
- A detail focused approach with a strong commitment to quality and follow through.
Great to have, but not essential
- Knowledge of housing or property technology.
- Exposure to Salesforce or project delivery systems.
- Experience working in a consulting or services team environment.
