Hours & Compensation:
- PRN/Per Diem Position
- Hours: 8:00AM-4:00PM every other weekend (Saturday and Sunday)
- Holiday rotation: 2 holidays a year working a 5-hour shift
- Pay: $15.00/hour
- Greets, directs and provides appropriate resources to residents and visitors.
- Manages incoming call queue.
- Creates and maintains an atmosphere of warmth, personal interest and positive emphasis, as well as a calm environment.
- Coordinates service/maintenance calls.
- Completes Meal Tracker menus for residents in a timely manner
- Performs other office duties as assigned.
- Minimum 6 months of reception experience in a busy office environment required.
- Ability to efficiently and accurately enter information into a computer system.
- High school diploma/ GED required.
