Job Description:

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Procurement Manager to drive end-to-end procurement activities across corporate and business support service categories. The role will be responsible for developing category strategies, managing global supplier relationships, leading sourcing initiatives, negotiating commercial agreements, and driving cost optimization while ensuring compliance and governance standards.

Key Responsibilities

· Develop and execute global category and sourcing strategies for Professional services aligned with business objectives.

· Lead end-to-end sourcing activities, including vendor identification, RFx management, proposal evaluation, commercial negotiations, and contract finalization.

· Manage and build strong relationships with global suppliers and internal stakeholders across Finance, Legal, HR, Compliance, Administration, and Leadership teams.

· Drive supplier performance management through SLAs, KPIs, governance reviews, and continuous improvement initiatives.

· Ensure compliance with procurement policies, risk management frameworks, audit requirements, and corporate governance standards.

· Identify opportunities for supplier consolidation, process optimization, and cost reduction across assigned categories.

· Monitor market trends, industry benchmarks, supplier capabilities, and emerging service delivery models to support informed sourcing decisions.

· Support global transformation, outsourcing, and spend management initiatives.

· Deliver measurable value through strategic sourcing, supplier innovation, and effective contract management.

Required Experience & Qualifications

* 10 to 15 years of Exp in end-to-end procurement & strategic sourcing in Advisory & Consulting, Audits, Database subscription, outsourced services (Finance, Legal, HR, Administration)

* Proven experience working with global vendors and stakeholders in a multinational environment.

* Strong expertise in category management, supplier relationship management, and procurement strategy.

* Comprehensive understanding of the Source-to-Pay (S2P) lifecycle, including:

* Stakeholder requirement gathering

* Scope of Work (SOW) / Statement of Work definition

* Vendor sourcing and evaluation

* RFx (RFI/RFP/RFQ) management

* Commercial negotiations

* Contract review and governance

* Supplier performance management

* Cost optimization and savings delivery

* Demonstrated ability to manage multiple stakeholders and influence decision-making across business functions.

* Strong analytical, problem-solving, negotiation, and communication skills.

Preferred Skills

* Experience managing procurement across corporate and business support service categories in Professional Services.

* Exposure to global transformation, outsourcing, and spend management programs.

* Working knowledge of procurement platforms such as Ariba, SAP, Oracle, or Coupa (preferred).

* Strong presentation and stakeholder engagement capabilities.
