are looking for a skilled and motivated Automation Test Engineer with strong

expertise in Python and Selenium. The ideal candidate should have a solid

understanding of object-oriented programming, test automation frameworks, and

software testing principles. This role requires excellent communication skills,

a proactive mindset, and the ability to collaborate effectively with

cross-functional teams, including developers and clients.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using Python (OOP

concepts) and Pytest with Selenium.

• Analyze functional and technical requirements to create comprehensive and

effective test scenarios and test cases.

• Execute automated and manual tests, identify defects, and perform root cause

analysis.

• Collaborate closely with developers and team members to debug issues and

ensure timely resolution.

• Actively participate in team meetings, contribute ideas, and demonstrate a

proactive approach to problem-solving.

• Review test cases, identify gaps or inconsistencies, and provide constructive

feedback for improvements.

• Communicate effectively with internal teams and clients, ensuring clarity in

requirements, issues, and deliverables.

• Stay updated with emerging technologies, especially AI-driven testing

approaches, and quickly adapt to new tools and methodologies.

• Ensure high-quality deliverables by following best practices in testing,

automation, and documentation.
