Job Title: After-Sales Technical Manager

Location: Victoria Island, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

• The ideal candidate should have experience in HVAC, engineering, or technical equipment industries and be committed to delivering excellent customer satisfaction.
• We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Manager to oversee customer complaints, after-sales service, warranty management, and service coordination.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor service requests and ensure prompt follow-up with customers.
• Liaise with technical teams to resolve equipment-related issues.
• Manage customer enquiries, complaints, and escalations, ensuring timely resolution.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Prepare customer service reports and identify areas for improvement.
• Coordinate after-sales services, repairs, maintenance, and warranty claims.
• Maintain accurate records of customer complaints, service activities, and warranty claims.

Requirements

• Strong communication, problem-solving, and organisational skills.
• Knowledge of warranty management, complaint resolution, and service coordination.
• Experience in HVAC, engineering, or technical equipment industries is highly preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP/CRM systems.
• Bachelor's Degree or HND in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of relevant experience in customer service or after-sales service.

Salary
N300,000 – N450,000 monthly.
