Business Development Manager (Institutional Sector)

Job Summary

• We are seeking a results-driven Business Development Manager with experience in the plastics industry to drive business growth, identify new market opportunities, develop client relationships, and increase sales revenue.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities and expand the customer base.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
• Develop and implement effective sales and business development strategies.
• Identify new markets, distribution channels, and growth opportunities.
• Prepare sales proposals, quotations, and business reports.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
• Negotiate contracts and close business deals to achieve revenue targets.
• Collaborate with production and other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• 5–8 years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in the plastics or manufacturing industry.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and client relationship management skills.
• Good understanding of market development and sales strategies.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and sales reporting tools.
