Job Title: Sales Associate - Fragrance Advisor

Location: Victoria Island, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

The Role

• We are looking for a Fragrance Advisor who understands that a scent is sold through the story behind it. You will guide clients through our perfumery.
• You will share the heritage of each house, the vision of each perfumer and the feeling each composition leaves behind. You will match every client with a fragrance that feels like their own.

What You'll Do

• Guide clients through personalised fragrance consultations, in store and by appointment
• Bring each house and scent to life through storytelling: its origins, notes, ingredients and the perfumer's intent
• Build and nurture a loyal clientele through thoughtful follow-up, private previews and a detailed client book
• Achieve and exceed individual and boutique sales targets
• Keep an expert knowledge of our fragrance houses, new launches and the wider niche perfumery landscape
• Present the fragrance space and testers to an impeccable standard
• Support launches, events and brand activations
• Work closely with the styling team to create a complete client experience

What You'll Bring

• At least 2 years' sales experience in luxury or niche fragrance.
• Strong understanding of olfactory families, notes and fragrance structure
• A natural gift for storytelling that is warm, evocative and never scripted
• A proven record of building and keeping high-value clients
• Polished presentation and a deep instinct for luxury service
• Confidence using WhatsApp and social media for client relationships
• Fluent spoken and written English
