Requirements:

  • Senior/Lead-level experience with the ability to work independently and drive outcomes with minimal oversight.
  • Strong production support background, including on-call support, monitoring, RCA, and release management.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with global stakeholders.
  • Strategic and governance experience, with the ability to recommend solutions, optimisations, and best practices.
  • Proven leadership skills, serving as an SME and mentoring junior team members.
  • Strong data engineering expertise, including SQL, ETL/ELT, schema design, integrations, and performance optimisation.
  • AI knowledge, including AI-enabled development, tools, and analytics applications.

Good to haves:

  • 7+ years of Data Engineering experience.
  • 3+ years of Contact Centre Analytics experience.
  • Expert in SQL and star schema design.
  • Experience with Power BI semantic models.
  • ETL/ELT pipeline development.
  • AWS exposure
  • API integrations
  • Bot/AI analytics
  • Voice and digital interaction analytics.
  • Experience with Cisco UCCE, Genesys, NICE, Five9 or Amazon Connect.
