IT Business Analyst (ServiceNow), pół etatu

Twój zakres obowiązków:

  • Wsparcie Product Ownera w zbieraniu i doprecyzowywaniu wymagań

  • Zbieranie wymagań podczas rozmów i warsztatów ze stakeholderami

  • Analiza, dokumentowanie i rozbijanie wymagań biznesowych na konkretne elementy

  • Tworzenie i utrzymywanie user stories oraz acceptance criteria

  • Zarządzanie i doprecyzowywanie backlogu we współpracy z zespołem developerskim

  • Prowadzenie sesji backlog refinement

  • Współpraca z UX Designerami przy tworzeniu user flows i wireframes

  • Weryfikacja rozwiązań UX pod kątem zgodności z wymaganiami

  • Dokumentowanie funkcjonalności systemu oraz reguł biznesowych

  • Utrzymywanie specyfikacji funkcjonalnej i dokumentacji systemowej

  • Prowadzenie warsztatów ze stakeholderami i dokumentowanie ustaleń

Szukamy Ciebie, jeśli:

  • Masz minimum 3-4 lata doświadczenia jako Business Analyst w środowisku IT lub projektach digital transformation

  • Masz doświadczenie w requirements engineering oraz stakeholder management

  • Potrafisz skutecznie łączyć potrzeby biznesu z wymaganiami zespołów technicznych

  • Masz doświadczenie w złożonym środowisku enterprise obejmującym wiele systemów, integracji i stakeholderów

  • Dobrze znasz metodyki Agile

  • Masz doświadczenie w pracy w dużej, międzynarodowej organizacji

  • Posiadasz rozwinięte umiejętności komunikacyjne i analityczne

  • Jesteś osobą samodzielną, proaktywną i dobrze odnajdujesz się w dynamicznym środowisku

  • Posługujesz się językiem angielskim na poziomie umożliwiającym swobodną pracę w międzynarodowym zespole
