  • Anticipate launch-specific training needs and partner with Medical, Marketing, Market Access and regional/global teams to ensure timely and compliant readiness.
  • Promote responsible, AI-enabled ways of working to enhance launch planning, insights, content development and learning.
  • Act as a strategic partner to the RDU Business Unit Director and leadership team on launch readiness, organizational capabilities and execution risks.
  • Foster a launch culture focused on collaboration, agility, accountability, continuous learning and disciplined execution.

Key Requirements

  • Demonstrated track record of successful pharmaceutical product launches, including specialty care products.
  • Proven experience leading complex cross-functional launch programs or strategic projects from planning through execution.
  • Strong understanding of the pharmaceutical launch ecosystem, including Medical, Market Access, Commercial, Analytics, Operations and field execution.
  • Experience leading through influence in matrix organizations and engaging senior stakeholders.
