Requirements

• Experience: A proven track record of 5-7 years in project controls, specifically within the Construction, Civil, or Architecture sectors.
• Career Level: Demonstrated ability to operate at a Senior Management level, handling high-stakes decision-making and strategic planning.
• Technical Mastery: Expert-level proficiency in Project Cost Control and Planning Engineering is essential.
• Tools & Methodologies: Advanced knowledge of Primavera P6, Earned Value Management (EVM), and Risk Management frameworks.
• Education: A solid academic background in Engineering or a related field that supports complex project oversight.
• Leadership: Exceptional Stakeholder Management and communication skills to navigate the dynamic environment of Cairo-based projects.
