Overview:

As an Architecture Technical Office Engineer, you will be at the heart of our project delivery, translating innovative architectural concepts into meticulous technical documentation. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring the constructability and quality of our designs, collaborating with various teams to achieve architectural excellence from conception to completion.

Responsibilities:

  • Masterful Shop Drawing Preparation: Lead the creation and review of detailed shop drawings, ensuring absolute accuracy and adherence to design specifications.

  • Advanced Architectural Design & Detailing: Contribute to advanced architectural design stages, focusing on intricate construction detailing and material specifications.

  • Seamless Project Coordination: Act as a key liaison between design teams, contractors, and suppliers, ensuring smooth communication and efficient project flow.

  • Technical Drawing Expertise: Produce and review comprehensive technical drawings, leveraging your proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit to maintain the highest standards.

  • Rigorous Documentation & Compliance: Develop and manage project documentation, ensuring strict adherence to building codes and industry regulations.

  • Proactive Problem Solving: Identify and resolve technical challenges proactively, offering innovative and practical solutions to keep projects on track.

Skills & Technologies:

You will harness your expertise in cutting-edge software and methodologies to deliver outstanding results. Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit is essential, alongside a strong understanding of Architectural Design principles and Construction Detailing. Your capabilities in Shop Drawing Preparation and Technical Drawing will be critical to your success.

Requirements

  • Educational Excellence: Possess a Bachelor's Degree in Architecture or a related engineering field from an accredited institution.

  • Proven Experience: Bring 3-7 years of dedicated experience in a Technical Office Engineer role within the architecture, construction, or civil engineering sectors.

  • Technical Mastery: Demonstrate expert proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit, with a robust portfolio showcasing your skills in Architectural Design, Shop Drawing Preparation, Technical Drawing, and Construction Detailing.

  • Project Coordination Prowess: Proven ability in Project Coordination, managing multiple stakeholders, and ensuring seamless project progression.

  • Problem-Solving Acumen: Exhibit strong Problem Solving capabilities, with a track record of identifying issues and implementing effective solutions.

  • Collaborative Spirit: Thrive in a team-oriented environment, showcasing excellent Team Collaboration and communication skills.
