General Accountant

To efficiently manage and accurately record the company’s daily financial transactions, ensuring proper documentation, accurate accounting records, and timely financial reporting.
Key Responsibilities
* Record and maintain accurate daily financial transactions and accounting entries.
* Prepare and review accounting journal entries, adjustments, and reconciliations.
* Handle and follow up on transactions with banks.
* Perform account reconciliations and ensure the accuracy of financial records.
* Participate in the closing of accounts and monthly financial closing procedures.
* Prepare and assist in preparing periodic financial reports.
* Review financial transactions and supporting documents to ensure accuracy and compliance.
* Assist in internal audit activities and provide the required financial documents and reports.
* Maintain organized and accurate accounting records and documentation.
* Ensure all financial information is handled with the utmost confidentiality.
* Perform other accounting duties as assigned.
Requirements
* Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce, Accounting Major.
* 2–3 years of relevant accounting experience.
* Previous experience in the same sector is preferred.
* Good knowledge of ERP systems.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
* Good organizational and time-management skills.
* Ability to meet deadlines and work effectively under pressure.
* Candidates must be located near El Shorouk City.
