- Provide day-to-day Odoo support to users across all departments.
- Troubleshoot and resolve Odoo functional and operational issues.
- Train new and existing employees on Odoo modules and workflows.
- Guide users on system procedures and help them perform their daily tasks correctly.
- Follow up on reported issues and coordinate with the Odoo implementation provider or technical team when escalation is required.
- Prepare user guides and training materials.
- Test system updates and changes before implementation.
- Monitor recurring issues and recommend improvements to system usage.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Hands-on experience with Odoo ERP.
- Valid Odoo certification is mandatory.
- Experience providing ERP support and training end users.
- Good understanding of Odoo modules such as Accounting, Inventory, Purchase, Sales, HR, and Projects.
- Strong troubleshooting, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to explain system processes clearly to non-technical users
