Fleet Supervisor

A group of schools with branches in Fifth Settlement and El Shorouk is hiring a Fleet Supervisor to join the Fleet & Transportation Department.
The position will be responsible for supervising the daily operation of the school fleet, including vehicles, buses, drivers, routes, maintenance, and overall fleet efficiency.
Job Responsibilities:
Supervise the daily operation and movement of the school fleet.
Monitor and coordinate drivers and transportation staff.
Prepare and follow up on daily vehicle schedules and routes.
Ensure vehicles operate according to assigned schedules and routes.
Monitor drivers’ attendance, performance, and compliance with company policies.
Follow up on vehicle maintenance, repairs, inspections, and required services.
Monitor fuel consumption and vehicle usage.
Maintain accurate records of vehicles, drivers, maintenance, fuel, and daily movements.
Coordinate with the maintenance team and service providers regarding vehicle repairs.
Ensure all vehicles are properly licensed and meet required safety standards.
Handle and resolve daily operational issues, delays, and breakdowns.
Coordinate with school administration regarding transportation requirements.
Prepare regular fleet performance and operational reports.
Ensure compliance with safety procedures and company policies.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or relevant educational qualification.
3–5 years of relevant experience in fleet management or a similar role.
Previous experience in school fleet or transportation operations is preferred.
Good knowledge of vehicle maintenance and fleet operations.
Good knowledge of routes and locations in Cairo, Fifth Settlement, and El Shorouk.
Strong leadership, communication, and coordination skills.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure.
Strong problem-solving and follow-up skills.
Good command of Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
