工作內容：

接聽0800電話客服專線，訓練溝通技巧、表達能力與判斷力。
幫助客戶解決問題，提供兼具品質及效率的服務。
完整上崗培育，階段式課程安排包含金融專知、軟性技能、值機演練，專人帶領入門銀行大小事，讓你成為全方位專業溝通達人。

工作地點：台北市松山區、台中市北區、高雄市鳳山區。

工作時間：培訓期上班時段9:00-18:00、正式任用後採漸進式輪班(須配合輪值假日與少量夜班)。
