Role Overview:
The Content Lead is the "Editor-in-Chief" and the primary guardian of the IP Roadmap. Your mission is to transform the raw, technical expertise of our Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) into high-value Intellectual Property that positions Atticus Solutions and company as industry benchmarks. You are responsible for the "Reframing" of market narratives-moving prospects from a state of "Chaos" to "Clarity" by producing content that doesn't just inform, but challenges the status quo.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Execute the IP Maturity Framework across all core service pillars.
Produce Level 4 IP Assets (Technical Whitepapers, Research Reports, Comparison Guides).
Standardize the Case Study Factory to produce 1 high-impact "Impact Story" per month.
IP Architecture: Take full ownership of the IP Roadmap. You must identify the "knowledge gaps" in the market and fill them with proprietary frameworks, technical guides, and "Reframing" content.
Maturity Management: Move content through the four levels of maturity: Level 1: Basic awareness (Social/Blogs). Level 2: Educational (How-to guides/Newsletters). Level 3: Proof (Case studies/Webinars). Level 4: Industry Standard (Technical Whitepapers/E-books/Proprietary Tools).
Research & Development: Conduct deep-dive research into IT Staffing trends and NetSuite ecosystem updates to ensure our IP is always at the "cutting edge" of global standards.
SME Interviewing: Act as an "internal journalist." Conduct weekly interviews with technical leads and consultants at Atticus Solutions and company to extract the "Value Pointers" and "Reframing" ideas that only experts know.
Technical Simplification: Translate complex ERP technicalities and IT staffing methodologies into simplified, authoritative narratives that a CEO or CFO can understand and trust.
Thought Leadership Ghostwriting: Manage the "Founder-Led Growth" content, ghostwriting high-density LinkedIn articles and PR pieces for executive leadership that establish them as visionaries.
Narrative Consistency: Ensure the "4 Pillars" (Impact, Cost, Capabilities, Efficiency) are woven into every piece of content. You are the final gatekeeper of the brand's technical tone.
Content Distribution Strategy: Partner with the RevGen department to ensure that "Value Selling" content is integrated into GTM Sequences, Newsletters, and ABM campaigns.
Case Study Factory: Lead the production of "Impact Stories." Move beyond the traditional "Problem-Solution" format to a "Impact-Pillar" format that clearly demonstrates ROI.
What You’ll Need:
7-10 years in B2B Content Strategy, Journalism, or Technical Writing. Experience in Professional Services or High-Tech SaaS is essential.
Strategic Writing: Exceptional ability to write long-form, high-density IP assets (Whitepapers/Research Reports).
SEO/AEO Knowledge: Deep understanding of "Answer Engine Optimization" (AEO) to ensure content is structured for AI-search crawlers.
Project Management: Mastery of editorial calendars and the ability to manage multiple "Service Pillar" content streams simultaneously.
Industry Fluency: Must be able to speak fluently about ERP implementation (NetSuite) and IT Staffing/Outsourcing trends.
Analytical Ability: Ability to look at "Top-of-Funnel" traffic vs. "Decision-Stage" engagement and pivot the content roadmap to solve funnel leaks.
