In dieser Rolle arbeitest du eng mit dem Recruitingteam und unserem Management zusammen und unterstützt bei den europaweiten Recruitingaktivitäten, sowohl auf Holding- als auch auf Gruppenebene. Du übernimmst hierbei die Steuerung ausgewählter Recruitingprojekte, bist insbesondere für die Besetzung von Führungsrollen ab Managerebene bis C-Level verantwortlich und begleitest eigenständig den gesamten Such- und Auswahlprozess von der Profilerstellung bis zum Vertragsabschluss.

Deine Aufgabenschwerpunkte:

  • Beratung bei und zum Teil Übernahme der Stellen- und Profilerstellung
  • Definition, Erarbeitung und Umsetzung einer geeigneten Suchstrategie
  • Active Sourcing u.a. in den gängigen beruflichen Onlinenetzwerken (Erstellung einer Zielfirmenliste, Kandidatenrecherche, Direktansprache…)
  • Terminkoordination und Führung von Telefoninterviews und Vorstellungsgesprächen
  • Auswahl, Präsentation und Gewinnung von geeigneten Kandidaten
  • Kontinuierlicher Aufbau, Weiterentwicklung und Pflege unseres Talent Pools

Dein Profil

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium, gerne mit Schwerpunkt Personal / Human Resources
  • Mind. 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Bereich Recruiting, idealerweise im Research oder als Berater bei einer Personalberatung
  • Generalist, kein Branchenfokus
  • Relevante Praxiserfahrung in der aktiven Kandidatenansprache, insbesondere auf Führungsebene
  • Schnelle Auffassungsgabe, hohe Motivation und Einsatzbereitschaft
  • Strukturierte und eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise sowie organisatorisches Talent
  • Durchsetzungsstärke, hohe Kommunikationsfähigkeit sowie ausgeprägte soziale Kompetenz
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Routiniert im Umgang mit MS-Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)
