Site Supervisor

Key Responsibilities

1. Safety Management

· Deliver projects in accordance with Safety First Guiding Principles.

· Conduct site-specific induction training for all personnel under control.

· Develop or ensure the development of safe systems of work, using generic risk assessments to create task-specific assessments.

· Implement control measures when work occurs in public areas or occupied buildings to protect all affected individuals.

· Provide or ensure the provision of information, instruction, and training to operatives and subcontractors regarding emergency procedures and risk assessments.

· Review subcontractor documentation to ensure adequacy in planning, risk assessment, training, resources, and supervision.

· Regularly monitor and inspect activities to ensure safe completion.

· Seek guidance from the Safety Department promptly when required.

Requirements

Qualifications & Experience - In-depth knowledge of safety practices, construction methods, and best practices, technologies, and materials. - Understanding of design procurement, measurement, valuation, contractual obligations. - Knowledge of claims, L&E, subcontract/material procurement, and management systems. - Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
