We are seeking a motivated and skilled DevOps Engineer to administer, manage, automate, and optimize our JFrog Artifactory platform running on Kubernetes, along with GitHub Enterprise and other critical developer applications.
The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Artifactory or similar enterprise artifact management platforms, Kubernetes, Linux, automation, and application operations. This role requires strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to support highly available platforms used by thousands of developers.

Responsibilities
Artifactory Administration: Administer and support JFrog Artifactory, including repositories, permissions, storage, upgrades, retention, and integrations
Kubernetes Operations: Operate and troubleshoot Artifactory and related services running on Kubernetes
Application Support: Provide Level 3 support for enterprise developer applications across cloud and data center environments
Automation: Develop scripts and automated workflows to improve reliability, efficiency, and self-service
Developer Support: Troubleshoot artifact, package, authentication, Git, and integration issues for a large global developer community
Security & Compliance: Support application security, access controls, audits, JFrog Xray, and software supply chain requirements
Integrations: Build and troubleshoot integrations using APIs, SDKs, webhooks, and CI/CD technologies
Developer Platforms: Support GitHub Enterprise and other developer applications as needed
Reliability: Monitor platform health, capacity, performance, and availability; troubleshoot incidents and perform root-cause analysis
On-Call & Maintenance: Participate in an on-call rotation and occasionally work evenings or weekends for production incidents, upgrades, and planned maintenance
Minimum Qualifications
3-5+ years of experience in DevOps, platform engineering, systems engineering, or enterprise application support
Hands-on experience administering JFrog Artifactory or a comparable enterprise artifact/package management platform
Experience operating and troubleshooting production applications on Kubernetes
3-5+ years of experience working with Linux systems
Strong troubleshooting skills across applications, containers, networking, storage, authentication, and system logs
Experience with scripting and automation using Python, Bash, or similar technologies
Experience with REST APIs, Git, cloud environments, and CI/CD practices
Experience supporting highly available, business-critical applications
Ability to participate in an on-call rotation and occasionally work evenings or weekends as required
Preferred Qualifications
Experience administering JFrog Artifactory at enterprise scale
Experience with JFrog Xray and software supply chain security
Experience deploying and managing Artifactory or similar stateful applications on Kubernetes
Experience with Helm, Docker, Terraform, or other Infrastructure as Code technologies
Familiarity with Maven, npm, NuGet, PyPI, Docker registries, and other package ecosystems
Experience with GitHub Enterprise, GitHub Actions, APIs, and integrations
Experience with monitoring and observability tools such as Splunk or Dynatrace
Familiarity with SSO, SAML/OIDC, OAuth, RBAC, and secrets management
JFrog, Kubernetes, GitHub, cloud, or DevOps certifications are a plus

Salary transparency
Salary is one part of Autodesk’s competitive compensation package. For Canada based roles, we expect a starting base salary between $98,000 and $144,100. Offers are based on the candidate’s experience and geographic location, and may exceed this range. In addition to base salaries, our compensation package may include annual cash bonuses, commissions for sales roles, stock grants, and a comprehensive benefits package.Belonging
