As a UK Account Manager (m/f/d), you play a key role in expanding our European marketplace ecosystem. You identify and onboard English-speaking sellers, build long-term partnerships, and support them in scaling their business across Europe. With a strong focus on high-potential product categories, you contribute directly to assortment development and overall marketplace growth.

Location: Warsaw, Szczecin

Responsibilities:

• Identify, approach, and onboard English-speaking sellers, building long-term, trust-based partnerships.
• Support sellers in expanding their business cross-border across Europe, beyond the UK market.
• Manage and optimize a seller portfolio, focusing on high-potential product categories with existing assortment gaps.
• Monitor seller performance, provide guidance, and resolve operational issues in collaboration with internal teams.
• Maintain a structured and up-to-date pipeline in HubSpot, ensuring clear documentation of all communications.
• Collaborate closely with Category Development Management to align on category strategy and assortment growth.
• Contribute to overall marketplace growth by ensuring high-quality listings and competitive pricing within assigned categories.

• English C2 (mandatory).
• Fluency in additional languages is a plus.
• Strong expertise in specific product categories, with the ability to quickly build deep knowledge in new areas.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to use data (Mirakl, Power BI, etc.) to assess and improve seller performance.
