Content Creator

Responsibilities:

• Create daily content across the client's businesses and personal brand, including photos, short videos, reels, stories, and captions.
• Capture day-to-day moments, events, meetings, launches, and behind-the-scenes activities.
• Balance lifestyle and business content while maintaining the unique identity and tone of each business.
• Plan and maintain a simple content calendar while remaining flexible to capture spontaneous activities.
• Edit content promptly and ensure timely posting with engaging, natural captions.
• Monitor content performance and make adjustments based on what works.
• Manage and organise content files across the different businesses.

Requirements:

• Proven experience creating content for a personal brand or business. A portfolio or sample pages are required.
• Strong creativity and a good eye for visuals and storytelling.
• Good short-form video skills, including shooting, editing, and pacing.
• Ability to switch between different businesses and content styles.
• Reliable, self-driven, and able to work independently without constant supervision.
• Comfortable attending events, interacting with people, and capturing moments as they happen.
• Good writing skills for captions and scripts.
• Photography or videography skills.
• Experience with Canva, CapCut or similar tools.
• Experience managing or creating content for a founder's or executive's personal brand.

Remuneration: NGN120,000
