RESPONSABILIDADES:
Executar o processo de produção inicial e/ou intermediários conforme Ordens de Produção, buscando matérias-primas previamente solicitadas pelo especialista ou sênior, conferindo a quantidade de matérias-primas conforme ordens de produção, preparando pré-misturas.
Filtração de resinas utilizando sistemas de filtragem.
Transferência de resinas para tambores e tanques.
Preparação de embalagens e emissão de etiquetas para envase.
Verificar a prioridade do trabalho a ser executado, com base nas informações da equipe de produção (Heijunka) e orientação do operador especialista.
Verificar o código do material das ordens de produção com os materiais recebidos da pesagem.
Identificar os produtos no equipamento onde serão produzidos.
Preencher a ordem de produção e o checklist do processo conforme o trabalho que foi executado (data/hora/quantidade/lote).
Fazer anotações corretas em cadernos de produção sobre dados do processo e UpTime.
Realizar o processo de lavagem do container, utilizando produtos de limpeza de proteção (panelas manuais, vassouras, escovas).
Embalar o produto conforme a embalagem especificada na ordem de produção.
Realizar a troca do filtro do processo conforme descrito no procedimento operacional e modelo exigido na ordem de produção.
Manter a organização e limpeza do local de trabalho.
