About the Role:

We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Data Analyst (Fresher) who has recently completed their graduation and has hands-on internship experience in data analysis. This is a great opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment where data drives business decisions and product innovations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collect, clean, and transform raw data into usable formats.
• Analyze large datasets to extract actionable insights and trends.
• Create dashboards and visualizations using tools like Power BI, Tableau
• Support data-driven decision-making across teams (Product, Marketing, Sales, etc.).
• Prepare detailed reports and present findings to internal stakeholders.
• Collaborate with the tech team to ensure data integrity and quality.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, Economics, or a related field.
• Completed internship in a Data Analyst or similar role.
• Proficiency in Excel, SQL, and at least one data visualization tool (Power BI / Tableau).
• Basic understanding of Python or R for data analysis.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Good to Have:

• Exposure to data cleaning and ETL processes.
• Knowledge of Google Analytics or other web analytics tools.
• Familiarity with business metrics and KPIs.
