岗位职责 / Responsibilities

负责整体网络架构（含路由交换、无线、安全设备）的日常监控、故障排查与性能调优，保障网络高可用。

负责防火墙、WAF、负载均衡等安全设备的策略部署与优化，定期进行漏洞扫描与配置审计。

制定网络割接方案与应急预案，执行网络设备的升级、扩容及配置变更，确保业务平滑过渡。

建立并维护网络拓扑图、IP地址规划表及资产台账，确保“图实相符”; 编写运维SOP与故障复盘报告。

支撑机房及办公区的强弱电系统规划。包括UPS/配电负荷计算、防雷接地设计，以及综合布线的点位规划与管槽路由设计。

任职要求 / Requirements

计算机、通信工程或相关专业本科及以上学历; 3年以上相关运维经验。

精通TCP/IP协议栈，深入理解OSPF、BGP、VLAN、STP等路由交换协议。

熟练掌握主流厂商（华为/H3C/思科）路由交换设备的配置与复杂故障处理。

具备无线网络（AC+AP）规划与调优能力，熟悉企业级无线漫游机制。

具备较强的逻辑分析能力与抗压能力，能适应突发故障的紧急响应及非工作时间的割接操作。

具备较强的问题分析能力、沟通协调能力和技术文档登记。
