岗位职责 / Responsibilities

1.负责服务器、网络及存储等IT基础设施的日常监控、维护与故障排查。

2.提供内部技术支持，解决员工软硬件问题，负责新员工IT环境配置。

3.负责IT资产全生命周期管理（采购、配置、分发、报废）。

4.定期巡检办公环境设备，优化系统性能与安全性。

5.编写并更新运维SOP及故障处理文档。

任职要求 / Requirements

1.统招本科及以上学历，3年以上IT运维经验。

2.精通Windows/Linux系统，熟悉Windows域管理及TCP/IP路由交换技术。

3.熟悉主流服务器、网络硬件及办公外设（打印机等）的维护。

4.服务意识强，具备优秀的沟通能力与抗压能力，能快速响应并解决问题。

5.学习能力强，能快速掌握新技能。
