岗位职责 / Responsibilities

1.负责公司服务器资源池的规划、建设与运维管理，包括服务器上架、网络规划及链路聚合配置：

2.负责运维平台体系的建设与维护，包括但不限于监控系统、堡垒机等;

3.负责虚拟化平台（如PVE、ESXi)与存储系统（如Ceph)的部署、日常维护、性能调优及容量扩容;

4.编写并维护系统相关的部署、运维及使用文档，推动知识沉淀与共享;

5.响应并支撑公司各业务团队的运维需求，保障线上业务的安全、稳定与高可用;

任职要求 / Requirements

1.大学专科及以上学历，计算机相关专业毕业;

2.具有三年以上相关工作经验;

3.精通Ubuntu、CentOS、Windows等主流操作系统的PXE批量安装、配置与运维;

4.熟练掌握Shell和Python脚本语言，能编写高效的运维自动化脚本;

5.熟练使用Ansible进行批量配置与管理;

6.熟练掌握MySQL、Redis、Nginx、HAProxy、Keepalived等中间件与数据库的部署、配置、优化及高可用方案;

7.熟悉Zabbiⅸ、Prometheus等主流监控系统的部署、运维与调优，具备构建完善监控告警体系的能力;

8.精通PVE、ESXi等虚拟化平台的原理与运维调优;

9.善于沟通、表达清晰，抗压能力强，能够在快速变化和不确定的环境中交付成果;
