Cloud Infrastructure Team Lead

Join our rapidly growing team as a Cloud Infrastructure Team Lead. In this critical role, you will define and execute the company's cloud infrastructure roadmap, lead and mentor a team of engineers, and collaborate with various departments to design and deliver secure, scalable, and high-performing cloud solutions. You will also oversee core cloud governance areas and document operating principles and architectural best practices.

Missions

• Lead and mentor a team of engineers responsible for configuring, operating, and automating cloud infrastructure across multiple platforms.
• Define and execute the technical roadmap and architecture strategy for multi-cloud infrastructure and operations, overseeing core cloud governance areas.
• Collaborate with R&D, Security, and Corporate IT to design and deliver secure, scalable, and high-performing cloud solutions while maintaining hands-on involvement in complex technical implementations.

Profil recherché

- 7+ years of experience managing and operating production cloud-based environments across AWS, GCP, or Azure

- 4+ years of expertise with Infrastructure as Code and modern DevOps tooling, such as Terraform, Pulumi, CloudFormation, or GitOps

- 4+ years of experience in software development using a scripting language such as Python, Ruby, GoLang, or JavaScript

- Extensive experience with Linux administration and networking protocols within public cloud environments

- Hands-on experience deploying and managing container technologies, including Docker and Kubernetes

- Demonstrated experience building, securing, and maintaining cloud infrastructure designed for high availability

- Documented experience collaborating with R&D, Security, and Corporate IT teams to integrate infrastructure solutions

- Professional proficiency in written and verbal English to author operating principles and technical documentation for global stakeholders
