Description of Responsibilities
Baha Mar’s Recruiter will be responsible for assisting with a variety of activities related to the sourcing, screening and selection of future Baha Mar Associates.
What you will also have already accomplished:
·High School Diploma
·College Degree in Business, Hospitality, or Related field preferred
·3+ years of Human Resources experience or operations management preferred
Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
·Review profiles submitted to the Applicant Tracking System, categorize the applicants, and identify candidates for screening
·Administer online screening assessments and review the results
·Assist visitors with submitting or updating their online profile in the Applicant Tracking System
·Conduct one-on-one, group, and panel interviews
·Present recommendations for “pre-hire” to senior recruiting team
·Record all interview notes and candidate information in the human resources Recruitment System
·Collect, review and submit candidate documents in the Recruitment System
·Assist with the onboarding of all new hires
·Assist all assigned hiring managers to plan and conduct group or individual interviews
·Assist with training sessions and recruiting events
·Maintain levels of energy and order within the team
·Perform other duties as assigned
