Senior Sales Development Representative

Bannerflow is a fast-growing global SaaS company building a Creative Intelligence Platform that enables enterprise brands to predict, create, and optimize advertising across channels. We're on a company-wide AI transformation journey, where AI and agentic workflows are becoming a core part of how we build and sell, with high expectations on adoption across all teams.

We're now strengthening our Sales team for the next phase of the business and are looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) who gets energy from who gets energy from starting new conversations with prospects and building pipeline, not just booking meetings.

Where first conversations turn into pipeline

We're seeking an experienced, structured and ambitious SDR to join our growing sales team. You'll play a key role in prospecting and generating qualified leads to support our commercial success. As our SDR, you'll work collaboratively with Account Executives, engage with prospects across international markets, and help drive our growth across both new and existing regions.

You bring a structured and ambitious approach to outbound, a genuine curiosity about enterprise buyers, and a knack for turning a cold conversation into a qualified opportunity. You know how to use data and the right tools to work smarter, not just harder.

What you actually will do

• Generate and nurture Sales Qualified Leads, especially in complex and enterprise-level sales cycles.

• Educate potential customers about the value of Bannerflow's SaaS platform.

• Use tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Gong, Cognism, and our CRM to manage leads and pipeline effectively.

• Stay informed about industry trends to bring relevant insights back to the team.

Who you are

We're looking for someone self-driven and AI-native, comfortable using AI to make their prospecting and workflows more impactful and efficient. You bring a start-up/scale-up mentality, and you're happy to pitch in on projects that fall slightly outside a traditional SDR role.

You're a strong fit if:

• You have 1.5+ years of SDR experience, ideally in a SaaS environment with enterprise-level complexity.

• You thrive in a fast-paced setting, are goal-oriented, and take full ownership of your work.

• You communicate fluently in English, and any additional European languages are a major plus.

• You're excited by international sales and working with prospects across multiple markets.

• You're known for being a proactive team player with a sense of responsibility and strong personal drive.
