As a QA/QC Coordinator, you create chemistry by...

• Conducting all work in accordance with site safety procedures and supporting annual safety initiatives.
• Overseeing Non-Conformance Management (NCM) in SAP, including creation, review, auditing, reporting, and training.
• Coordinating non-conformance investigations with cross-functional teams and leading regular meetings to review investigation status and progress.
• Performing internal quality audits in accordance with established guidelines and managing Internal Lab Auditors to ensure compliance.
• Completing monthly QA metrics reporting by coordinating with designated production groups.
• Coordinating and managing SAP QM setups for new and existing product plans, including raw materials and finished goods.
• Managing inventory releases, including out-of-specification raw materials and finished goods.
• Managing and maintaining the Document Control System, including issuing approved revisions to Product Assurance Plans, test methods, and SOPs in accordance with established guidelines.
• Coordinating and managing off-site, long-term storage of department documents while adhering to record retention policies, and creating Certificates of Analysis upon request.Training employees on systems such as SAP, SharePoint, Lotus Notes, and other BASF intranet-based tools, while supporting Quality Data Clerk administrative functions and prioritizing additional activities based on business needs.

If you...

• Have a High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Bring a minimum of 2 years of experience working in a manufacturing or laboratory setting.
• Have at least 1 year of Quality Assurance and/or Compliance experience.
• Demonstrate advanced proficiency in Microsoft applications, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Hold a Bachelor’s degree, preferably.
• Bring 4 or more years of experience in a manufacturing or laboratory environment, preferably.
• Offer 2 or more years of Quality Assurance and/or Compliance experience, preferably.
• Have at least 1 year of SAP experience, preferably.
