Senior General Accountant

Support the Accounts Manager and Group Finance Manager in monitoring financial operations across the group's schools.
Review accounting entries and prepare periodic financial reports.
Follow up on collections, cash control, and monthly closing.
Coordinate with school finance teams to maintain accurate and up-to-date accounting records.
Coordinate with external auditors and the tax consultant on audits, tax reports, and related requirements.
Act as a backup for school accountants when needed, including covering their duties in emergency situations.
Travel between the group's schools inside and outside Cairo as required.
Requirements
3–5 years of experience in general accounting, monthly closing, and financial reporting.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to deal effectively with finance teams, school principals, banks, external auditors, and tax consultants.
Flexibility to travel between school branches.
Reporting to: Accounts Manager and Group Finance Manager.
Transportation: The primary work location is El Shorouk City. Travel within Cairo is the employee's responsibility, covered by the transportation allowance included in the salary. Transportation for business trips outside Cairo will be provided by the company.
