Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven English Recruiter to join our HR/Recruitment team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing and screening qualified candidates, conducting initial interviews in English, and coordinating the recruitment process to ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities
Source and attract qualified candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, social media, and other recruitment channels.
Review and screen CVs based on job requirements.
Conduct initial phone and online interviews in English.
Assess candidates’ communication skills, qualifications, and overall suitability for available positions.
Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers/technical managers.
Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Follow up with candidates and provide timely updates regarding their application status.
Maintain and update the candidate database and recruitment records.
Prepare and share candidate profiles with hiring managers.
Support the recruitment team in achieving hiring targets and filling vacancies within agreed timelines.
Ensure a professional and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
Previous experience in mass hiring recruiting is a must.
Very good to excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Good interviewing and candidate assessment skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and recruitment platforms.
Ability to handle multiple vacancies and priorities simultaneously.
