We are looking for an experienced and driven Lead Salesforce Developer to join our team in Lisbon. In this role, you will take ownership of Salesforce development initiatives, lead a team of developers, and deliver high-quality, scalable solutions that support business growth.
Dare to Have:
- Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Informatics, or similar
- 8+ years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development
- Strong expertise in Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components
- Solid experience with Salesforce integrations
- Proven track record in unit testing, debugging, and defect resolution
- Good knowledge of Git, SFDX, and CI/CD pipelines
- Experience using JavaScript and HTML for customization and troubleshooting
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and guide a team
- English proficiency at B2 level or higher (spoken and written)
Nice to Have:
Salesforce certifications such as:
- Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I & II
- Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA)
