  • Manage multiple assignments while maintaining accuracy, quality, and schedule commitments.
  • Participate in design reviews and incorporate feedback from senior designers, clients, and stakeholders.
  • Work collaboratively with a team of designers and cross-functional professionals in a dynamic mission environment.
  • Apply sound judgment, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail with minimal supervision.

What you should have

  • A portfolio demonstrating a broad range of design work and creative solutions to complex communication challenges.
  • Ability to collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements and deliver outcomes aligned with mission-focused objectives.
  • Active TS/SCI clearance and willingness to undergo a polygraph examination.
  • Bachelor’s degree and at least 8 years of experience relevant to the labor category, with a portion of that experience completed within the last 2 years.

  • Knowledge of Department of Defense or Intelligence Community processes, standards, and requirements.
  • Experience establishing expectations, defining project timelines, and delivering high-quality products with minimal oversight.
