Enhance BioMar Vietnam's organizational framework, employee capabilities, and business expertise
Your responsibilities will ensure HR initiatives align with business goals. The role includes supporting workforce planning, talent management, employee relations, HR administration, and compliance. Additionally, responsible for executing day-to-day HR tasks such as onboarding, contract management, and maintaining employee records.
Working primarily in Ho Chi Minh city Rep. Office and in Vĩnh Long (ex-Bến Tre) plant (2-3 days per week), your main tasks will be to:
- Build and drive the local HR strategy for the business in Vietnam
- Ensure we attract and recruit highly qualified people being able to bridge Vietnamese and European culture
- Support the development of the staff towards world-leading capabilities within aquaculture feed
- Provide business partnering to the managers and the leadership team
- Ensure we have a solid practise within compensation & benefits
- Lead a small HR team, ensuring local support to the business
- Participate in the global HR network across the BioMar companies
Enhance business growth through a strategic and commercially-focused approach.
We anticipate that you have 05 years’ experience as HR Manager or HR Business partner, along with a candidate degree in a relevant area.
Beside, this job requires that you have:
- Passion to build and develop organizations
- International experience and a good level of English
- Solid skills driving the entire employee lifecycle
- Strong sense of responsibility and teamwork;
- Excellent communication skill
- Intimate knowledge of PRC Labour laws and regulations
