We are now hiring a Partner Marketing Manager to help support and scale our marketing execution and partner initiatives.

What You’ll Do

Partnerships Campaign Coordination

Serve as the operational backbone for our Channel and Alliances marketing programs, keeping joint initiatives moving and partners well-supported. Your work will include:

• Execute joint marketing and thought leadership campaigns with strategic partners
• Coordinate joint campaigns with strategic partners
• Track partner campaign timelines and deliverables
• Support partner event promotion, co-marketing initiatives, and outreach campaigns
• Maintain campaign calendars and partner communication workflows
• Help track partner marketing performance and engagement
• Manage and maintain partner and alliances information within the Highspot partner portal
• Support the partner deal registration process
• Qualify partner-generated inbound leads and route to sales
• Support analytics and reporting across partner initiatives
• Own the day-to-day build and launch of outbound email campaigns from list segmentation and targeting configuration to QA, approvals, and post-send reporting
• Build and schedule email campaigns in our marketing automation platform 

Partner Marketing & Enablement

Coordinate joint marketing activities with our Channel and Alliance partners, ensuring programs are well-executed and partners have the resources they need to successfully position Bishop Fox services. Your work will include:

• Coordinate joint marketing activities and sponsored events with Channel and Alliance partners
• Support CISO and executive events by coordinating speakers, partners, and event-related marketing activities
• Partner with internal Channel & Alliances stakeholders to coordinate sponsored partner events and campaigns
• Help manage Marketing Development Funds (MDF) with channel partners, including tracking planned activities, budgets, and program execution
• Build and maintain partner-enablement collateral that helps partners understand, position, and sell Bishop Fox services
• Translate Bishop Fox services and capabilities into clear, partner-friendly messaging and materials
• Coordinate co-marketing and thought leadership initiatives with strategic partners
• Track partner marketing activities, deliverables, and results to ensure programs stay organized and on schedule

What Success Looks Like

• Partner marketing campaigns are organized and well-coordinated
• Campaign data and reporting are accurate and accessible
• Marketing and partnerships leaders can rely on strong operational support
• Partner data, deal registrations, and lead routing stay accurate and well-organized in Highspot and Salesforce
• Email outreach campaigns launch smoothly and on schedule

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in marketing, partner marketing, marketing operations, or campaign coordination
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Experience with email marketing or marketing automation platforms preferred
• Excellent attention to detail and follow-through
• Strong written communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously

Nice to Have

• Experience with Marketo, Outreach, Salesforce, or similar tools
• Experience supporting alliance or channel marketing programs
• Familiarity with B2B marketing or cybersecurity industry
• Familiarity with Highspot or other partner relationship management (PRM) / partner portal tools
