We’re looking for an algorithmic thinking person who is passionate about technology.

We’re looking for a person who is methodical and pays very close attention to details, but who also has the initiative to challenge and improve existing routines and processes. All of the above with respect to the standards of quality, speed and stability Bitdefender proudly promotes.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain services with high availability &high scalability requirements;
• Review requirements and proposed architectures for scalability and reliability issues;
• Collaborate with the Product Owner and Product Manager to correctly understand and clarify requirements, timelines and restrictions;
• Collaborate with and support QA to ensure the quality of software;

Ideally, you should have:

• At least 2 years of experience;
• Strong logical and algorithmic thinking;
• Strong knowledge of JavaScript and NodeJS;
• Knowledge of JavaScript unit testing frameworks;
• Experience with micro service architectures;
• Experience with NoSQL databases like MongoDB, Redis;
• Experience with Agile development environments;
• The ability to work independently;

It would be a plus:

• If you had a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science;
• If you have full stack experience;
• If you have experience building high availability web services.
