What you'll do
- Build and deepen relationships with Chinese-speaking traders, KOLs, trading communities, Trading Terminals / wallets
- Convert your network into real trading users and volume
- Execute the growth / affiliate / partnership playbook for Chinese-speaking markets
- Feed back on-the-ground insights: what content, campaigns, and partnerships actually win over Chinese-speaking traders (not farmers)
What you'll need
- Real network and resources in the Chinese-speaking crypto scene - you know traders, KOLs, and community leaders. This is the single most important requirement.
- 2+ years in crypto BD / growth, with a track record of turning relationships into real users and trading volume (bring examples)
- Understands trading and what traders want - can hold a conversation with traders and tell real traders from farmers
- Strong on execution, can take BD actions to the ground independently
- Native Chinese; working-level English
