What you'll do

Compliance Operations Management

• Change, release, incident, and access management
• Evidence trail retention and monthly audits
• Ensuring EU production operations are fully traceable, auditable, and closed-loop

Engineering Liaison & Coordination

• Follow up on requirement delivery and production issue resolution
• Coordinate product/feature launch activities
• Align cross-team resources to ensure continuous technical support from the main site to the EU site

What you'll need

• Experience: 3+ years in IT operations, compliance IT operations, or release management
• Knowledge: Familiarity with ITIL frameworks, change/incident management processes, and EU regulatory requirements such as MICAR and DORA
• Skills: Strong cross-team communication, project tracking, and documentation abilities
• Language: English proficiency required; Mandarin or additional EU language a plus
• Tools: Experience with ITSM tools (Meegle, JIRA, etc.)
