Business Development Executive – B2B Corporate Sales (Outdoor)

Responsibilities Develop new B2B corporate accounts across the UAE. Conduct field visits, client meetings, prospecting and networking. Build relationships with HR, Marketing, Procurement and Administration teams. Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to negotiation and closure. Maintain a strong sales pipeline and develop repeat corporate business. Requirements 4-5 years of B2B corporate sales / business development experience, with strong exposure to field or outdoor sales. Proven UAE sales experience is mandatory, with a sound understanding of the Dubai and wider UAE corporate market. An established corporate network, client database or proven track record of developing relationships with HR, Marketing, Procurement or other corporate decision-makers in the UAE. Demonstrated success in acquiring new accounts rather than managing only existing customers. Strong prospecting, networking, negotiation and closing capabilities. Confidence conducting face-to-face meetings with senior corporate stakeholders. Ability to independently build and manage a sales pipeline and work against revenue targets. Strong communication and presentation skills in English. A UAE driving licence and ability to travel for client meetings would be highly advantageous.
