Your Role & Responsibilities
As Junior Customer Success Manager, you are the operational engine of our CS team and work side by side with our Senior CSMs to make key accounts across mid-market and enterprise genuinely successful. You accompany customers from their first pilot to a long term partnership, build real use cases in our no code platform, and are the direct point of contact for user questions on calls. This is your launchpad to build deep product knowledge and grow into an independent manager for complex customer portfolios.
Support our Senior CSMs in day to day business, prepare review meetings, and take ownership of parts of the customer portfolios
Run onboarding calls and check ins independently, answer user questions directly on calls, and make sure customers get the most out of our platform
Handle understanding based and conceptual requests directly with the customer, while technical tickets go to our support manager
Build concrete Knowledge Bots on the Blockbrain platform, configure workflows, and test them until they work flawlessly
Analyze how customers use the tool and proactively suggest improvements or new use cases
Work closely with our Forward Deployed Engineers on complex, customer specific requirements and new integrations
Create best practice guides, run small trainings to drive adoption, and feed structured customer feedback back to the product team
Expected AI Skills
Use AI tools in your daily work to prepare for customer calls, structure feedback, and speed up your output
Real excitement to dive deep into AI topics, understand how our platform works under the hood, and grow into a genuine product expert
We don't expect AI expertise, but the openness to use AI as a daily co-pilot.
Your Profile
At least 1 year in customer facing roles such as Customer Success, Account Management, or Consulting, or in technical implementation, ideally in a B2B SaaS environment
A completed degree (business, business informatics, communications, or similar) or a comparable qualification
Genuine tech affinity: you are not afraid of new software, and experience with no code tools, CRM systems, or process automation is a big plus. You understand how APIs and LLMs work in principle
A solution oriented mindset: you think in solutions, not problems, and keep tinkering until the workflow runs
Strong organizational talent: you keep several balls in the air and stay structured and reliable even in busy phases
The mindset that makes the difference: empathetic, eager to learn, proactive, and a real team player
Fluent German and English, both written and spoken, with the ability to listen well and explain complex topics simply
