IT Infrastructure Manager (Cloud)

Job Description: We are looking for an experienced Cloud Infrastructure / SysAdmin Manager to take full ownership of our cloud infrastructure, costs, architecture, security, and performance.

This role combines Cloud Architecture, DevOps oversight, and Systems Administration.

What You’ll Do

• Own and continuously review our cloud infrastructure and DevOps team.
• Monitor system performance, security, reliability, and scalability.
• Track cloud spending, identify unnecessary costs, and implement optimizations.
• Oversee server management, monitoring, backups, and disaster recovery.
• Troubleshoot critical infrastructure issues and ensure high availability.
• Plan and execute infrastructure improvements, migrations, and cost-saving initiatives.

This is an on-site role at our brand-new, modern office in a fantastic location, with lunches included.

We need someone who can take ownership of the entire infrastructure, challenge inefficient decisions, and make clear technical recommendations without compromising performance, security, or reliability.Job Specification: Must Have

• 5+ years of experience in Cloud Infrastructure, DevOps, or Systems Administration.
• Strong Kubernetes and Terraform / Infrastructure as Code knowledge.
• Experience with AWS, Azure, GCP, DigitalOcean, or similar cloud platforms.
• Strong Linux/Windows server administration skills.
• Experience with monitoring tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, CloudWatch, or similar.
• Knowledge of SQL databases, networking, security, and managed infrastructure.
• Ability to independently assess technical decisions and manage infrastructure operations.

Nice to Have (Not must)

• Hands-on cost optimization experience.
• Experience overseeing DevOps engineers or infrastructure teams.
