  • Support community outreach and partnership initiatives with local universities, nonprofits, technology communities, and other external organizations.
  • Track program and event metrics, engagement levels, participation, budgets, and other success measures to evaluate effectiveness.
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes, employee engagement, event experiences, and site operations.
  • Research and recommend creative approaches, new event concepts, and innovative solutions that strengthen employee and community engagement.
  • Handle confidential information and sensitive business matters with discretion, professionalism, and sound judgment.
  • Perform general administrative and operational duties, including maintaining records, preparing reports and correspondence, processing invoices, and organizing documentation.

What You'll Bring

  • 5 to 7 years of experience in event management, program coordination, business operations, marketing, communications, or a related field.

  • Proven ability to work effectively across multiple teams and leadership levels within a matrixed organization.
  • Strong organizational, time management, problem solving, and project coordination skills.
  • Ability to work independently, take initiative, anticipate needs, and drive projects through completion.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records, financial information, and operational documentation.
  • Demonstrated professionalism, discretion, confidentiality, diplomacy, and sound judgment.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

Preferred Qualifications
